Current Offers

Free Garage Door Safety Inspection with Any Repair

Book any garage door repair and we’ll inspect the full system at no charge: torsion springs – the large coils mounted above the door that do most of the lifting – cables, rollers, tracks, and the opener’s force settings. This applies to repairs on any of the 8 major brands we service, including LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, Clopay, Amarr, Wayne Dalton, Craftsman, and Raynor.

Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (972) 362-1457.

$75 Off Any Garage Door Opener Installation

Installing a new LiftMaster, Chamberlain, or Genie opener is the most common upgrade we handle in neighborhoods like Lake Highlands, Oak Cliff, and Preston Hollow. This discount applies to the full opener installation – chain drive, belt drive, or wall-mount – and includes setup of the auto-reverse safety feature, which stops the door if anything crosses the beam while it’s closing.

Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (972) 362-1457.

Free Written Estimate on Any New Garage Door or Full Replacement

Before you commit to a new Clopay or Amarr door, we’ll measure the opening, review style and insulation options, and hand you a written price. That’s not a verbal quote – it’s the actual number on paper, before a single bolt is turned. You’ll know the door cost, the labor, the haul-away of the old door, and the timeline, with no surprises on the invoice.

Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (972) 362-1457.

$50 Off Torsion Spring Replacement

When a torsion spring breaks in Dallas – and we see it happen fast during hot summers when metal expands and contracts – the door won’t lift, period. This discount covers replacement of the spring itself, plus a safety check of the other spring and the cable system, because when one spring fails, the second one is usually close behind it.

Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (972) 362-1457.

Senior and Military Courtesy Discount

Homeowners 65 and older, active-duty military members, and veterans in Dallas qualify for a courtesy discount on any repair or installation. Just mention it when you call. This stacks with the written guarantee and the free second visit on any repair that fails within the year – because the deal shouldn’t change how the work is backed.

Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (972) 362-1457.

How to Redeem

Redeeming a special takes three steps. First, call (972) 362-1457 and tell the live person who answers which offer you’re claiming. A real person picks up day, night, weekends, and holidays – no voicemail tree, no bot, no callback form. Second, we’ll book a time that works for you and send the tech’s name and photo before the visit, under the Threshold Standard. Third, present the offer at the start of service, and we’ll apply it to your written price before any work begins. You’ll see the discount on paper, along with the guaranteed repair terms: 365 days from the date of repair – if it fails, we come back and make it right at no charge.
