Some garage door companies in Dallas send whoever’s available. We don’t. When you call Doyle Garage Doors Dallas, you’ll know the name and face of the person coming to your house before they ever pull into your driveway. The crew below handles everything from broken torsion springs to full door replacements in neighborhoods across Dallas, Garland, Mesquite, Richardson, and Irving. What ties us together is simple: we explain the problem in plain English, quote a written price, and stand behind the work for a full year.

Our People
Aaron Teague, Owner
Aaron founded Doyle Garage Doors Dallas in 2001 and has spent the years since doing what he calls “the least glamorous math in home repair”: making sure a door that goes up comes down exactly the way it should. He’s factory-trained on LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, Clopay, Amarr, and Wayne Dalton systems, and he still rides along on complex installs when the job calls for it. Aaron’s the one who wrote the 365-Day Done Right Promise, mostly because he got tired of hearing homeowners say they’d been burned by vague verbal guarantees. When he’s not chasing a misaligned track, he’s usually trying to figure out why Dallas clay soil shifts door frames more than any other soil he’s worked with.
Marcus R., Lead Technician
Marcus has been turning wrenches on garage doors since 2009 and leads the repair side of the business. He’s the guy you want when a torsion spring, the large coil mounted above the door that does most of the lifting, snaps at 7 a.m. before your commute. Marcus holds certifications for LiftMaster and Genie opener systems and has a near-photographic memory for part numbers, which means he usually has the right component on the truck the first time. He’s a native of Oak Cliff and keeps a running list of the best breakfast tacos near every service route he runs.
DeAndre W., Senior Installer
DeAndre oversees new door installations and full system replacements from start to finish. He’s been with the team since 2015 and specializes in Clopay and Amarr product lines, including insulated steel doors that hold up to North Texas summer heat. His background in carpentry gives him an edge when a door frame needs re-leveling before the new panels go in, which happens more often than you’d think in older Dallas homes with settling foundations. DeAndre is the crew’s unofficial equipment manager and has a thing for restoring vintage motorcycles in his spare time.
Lena S., Service Coordinator
Lena is the voice on the other end of the line more often than not, day, night, weekends, and holidays. She joined in 2018 and runs dispatch, scheduling, and customer communication, making sure every customer gets their technician’s name and photo before the visit. She’s the reason the 24/7 live-answer promise actually works: no voicemail tree, no bot, just a real person who can tell you whether a same-day repair is possible. Lena keeps a wall calendar of every Dallas neighborhood HOA rule she’s ever encountered, which has saved more than one customer from an unexpected violation notice.
Tommy B., Apprentice Technician
Tommy joined two years ago through the company’s local apprenticeship path and handles spring tune-ups, weather seal replacement, and the kind of maintenance calls that keep small problems from turning into big ones. He’s currently working through factory training on Chamberlain and Craftsman opener systems under Marcus’s supervision. Tommy grew up in Mesquite and played offensive line at North Mesquite High, which earned him the shop nickname “Doorstop.” He’s detail-oriented to a fault but still learning to keep a straight face when a customer asks if their garage door is haunted.
One Standard, Every Job
Every tech on this list operates under the same non-negotiable commitments that define Doyle Garage Doors Dallas. Background check, identity verification, photo badge, name and photo sent in advance, that’s the Threshold Standard, and it applies to every team member from Aaron down to Tommy. Before any work starts, you get a written price. After the job’s done, you get a written repair guarantee good for exactly 365 days from the date of repair. If something fails, we return at no charge, no argument. It’s not a slogan. It’s the way the whole crew is trained to work, and the reason we don’t need to ask for your trust before we’ve earned it.
